One should lead a healthy lifestyle. It is very common that people nowadays did not live a healthy lifestyle. People need to live healthy as it can improve our daily lives.
People need to eat balanced diet to be healthy. Every individual need many carbohydrates because it provides energy, while we need extra protein because it helps in growth. However, we should take less amount of vitamins, minerals and fats because our body need only a small amount of them.
Besides that , we should relax every once in a while because it helps to clear our mind from work and other activities. All human beings should clear their mind to reduce stress in work.
Furthermore, we should get enough sleep to wake up early in the morning. Remember!. Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.
People, especially kids and teenagers need a regular exercise. To add in more fun, they can exercise with their friends and family. Exercises are good for refreshing and strengthening our body.
